Metallik Participates in a Differentiating Project in the Gaia Coastal Area

Metallik's participation in the "GAIAGOLF PLAZA" project made headlines in the Diário de Aveiro (Aveiro newspaper), a multi-family residential complex with flats and stores, under construction near Canidelo beach in Gaia.
METALLIK, an industry with an accumulated experience of over 50 years in the metal construction industry for civil construction, with headquarters in Portugal and presence in other areas across the globe, is collaborating in the construction of "GaiaGolf PLAZA", a notable project by "Gaiaespaço", which is considered one of the strongest national developers.
Benefitting the coastal area of Vila Nova de Gaia, a multi-family residential complex with flats and stores is being built, close to Canidelo Beach. It will have a privileged location, close to schools and hypermarkets, chemists’, restaurants and a golf course. Also convenient is that it is only 500 metres from the A1 motorway.
According to the developer, "the owners and tenants of the flats will benefit from the excellent thermal and acoustic performances of the aluminium frames selected for this differentiating project, and from the integrated solutions of the window frames on the ventilated ceramic and brick facade, as well as the stability and aesthetics of the metal guardrails, always focusing on the quality of long-term use".
